I don't understand why people complain about the LJ-World not stating the time of all Big 12 games. This is Lawrence. The home of KU. You want info on other teams? Keep doing what you did. Look it up all by yourself.

I don't understand why the LJW claims to cover the Big 12 Conference, but only reports on one team. Last I checked there were twelve schools in the league.

I think the Marching Jayhawks will travel to the OU game so at least there will be some Crimson & Blue there to support the team.

The Marching Jayhawks will be sending a pep-band to the OU game. The full Marching Jayhawks will be at the Nebraska game, and obviously the Mizzou game in KC.

The only positive is they will have just played Texas. Maybe we will only be smoked by 25 instead of 45.

Well, as a lifetime OU fan, I am always concerned about being rated #1. it just pins a great big target on the Sooners. Texas is always a big game each year, and this year, of course KU has a great team. Who knows what might happen. But one thing always pisses me off about ABC. If one team gets way out front, as OU usually does, the network will switch to another “more competetive” game. They do not give one whit about fans of one team or the other wanting to see their players perform, to watch the home team no matter what the situation. ABC does this week after week and in my worthless opinion, is the scum of the sports networks. I have sent communications to the folks in Norman about this, but it seems the University has not much say about this, it is all ABC's greedy bastards who make the decisions so they can supposedly keep an audiance for their damned endless commercials every time a pass is incomplete or a time out is called on the field. I hope it is a good game but I also hope we get to see all of it.
